Description
This Plan caters to the demand for Strength and Conditioning Training for Athletes who use ski and Rowing Equipment to stay Fit but want to develop or maintain their Engine capabilities.
It covers 2 Row / Ski Sessions per week and Optional 3 Sessions according to preference and Equipment availability.
Endurance:
Running, Strength, and Conditioning with and without Fitness Equipment.
You can use this Plan as Hyrox / Fitness Race Preparation.
a) As an add-on to your Gym Program to get Fit and Develop your Engine for Race Workout Stations
b) As complete Preparation, even if you lack Fitness Equipment, use Bodyweight Session once per week.
Week 1 - 4: Build Phase
Week 5- 8: Conditioning and building Strength on Ergs toward Competition or Race
Ideally, the Plan ends 1 week before the race into the Taper week before the competition.
