Welcome to the Ready Set Row 6 Week 2k Plan!
Ready Set Row is a program dedicated to both the physical and mental side of the sport of rowing. The Ready Set Row Team has existed since 2015 and has helped nearly a thousand athletes gain confidence through the sport of rowing and the mental skills training from its coaches. The workouts in this plan are designed to help increase power, VO2 Max and the ability to hit the rates for a 2k.
This 6 Week plan is great for advanced athletes ready for a challenge and includes workouts that help our athletes build confidence so they can execute on race day.
Our 6 Week plan is great to keep building after your regular fall or spring season ends or in preperation for recruitment.
