Ready Set Row is a program dedicated to both the physical and mental side of the sport of rowing. The Ready Set Row Team has existed since 2015 and has helped nearly a thousand athletes gain confidence through the sport of rowing and the mental skills training from its coaches. The workouts in this plan are designed to help increase power on the erg, VO2 Max and the ability to hit higher rates for a 2k. This 5 Day - 6 Week plan is great for athletes in their first or second season of rowing, ready for a challenge and includes workouts that help our athletes build confidence so they can execute on race day.
Our 5 Day - 6 Week plan has an intermediate level of volume and an additional day off, making it more approachable and flexible but still benefical for those looking for more structure during their team's off season.
