Welcome to the Ready Set Row 12 Week 2k Plan! Ready Set Row is a program dedicated to both the physical and mental side of the sport of rowing. The Ready Set Row Team has existed since 2015 and has helped nearly a thousand athletes gain confidence through the sport of rowing and the mental skills training from its coaches. The workouts in this plan are designed to help increase power, VO2 Max and the ability to hit the rates for a 2k. This 12 Week plan is great for advanced athletes ready for a challenge and includes workouts that help our athletes build confidence so they can execute on race day. Our 12 Week plan allows for more workout variation and is great if your team doesn't offer an extended summer or winter season
