Description
This 8 week sprint program will see you gain significant Personal Bests the 100m, 1 min and 500m time trails.
It consists of;
2 out and out sprint sessions a week
1 Hard interval session
1 lactic threshold session
1 speed endurance session
For sprinting developing the lactic threshold is vital. The ability to maintain speed towards the end of the TT comes down to this.
It includes a guide to what drag factor to use as well as stroke rate development work.
