Description
Follow James Hall's 1000m indoor rowing program which led to him breaking the 1000m world record.
There are 4 rowing sessions a week;
- 1x Base session (relevant to the 1k).
- 1x Speed endurance session
- 2x 1k or faster sprint sessions
This program is 10 weeks long and peaks you for a 1000m TT.
