Mutant Ninja Rower 100K

Complete this challenge any time, any day you choose! The deadline to submit a 100K score on the ErgZone app is midnight on May 31, 2026

If you are a Mutant Ninja Rower with palms made of Teflon, a hind end made of Kevlar, quads cut like diamonds, and a hip hinge made of steel (and oiled every 2,000 miles), then this distance is in your wheelhouse! Go for it! A bonus prize will be yours upon completion. May the force curve be with you!

Racers competing in the Mutant Ninja Rower 100K have until midnight on May 31, 2026, to submit their times with a screenshot on the ErgZone app.

• Mutant Ninja Rower 100K Results reported and ranked on Concept2.
• Names of Mutant Ninja Rowers will appear on the Fools Fest Sprints website Hall of Fame.

The Muted Mutant Ninja

This is an alternative route to 100,000m. Few of us have the moxy to sit down and erg 100K in one shot. For the rest of the mere mortals with superhero strength and the determination of hungry rats, here is another route to achieving your 100K race decal:

For this version of the event, you will complete twenty 5K rows over 10 days (20x5000m). That's at least two 5K every day for ten days.

• Whichever day you log your first 5K, that is the start of your 10-day countdown to complete your 100K.
• Keep re-doing this 5K workout! Row as many 5Ks as you have in you per session.
• Log all your 5K rows here, under The Muted Mutant Ninja workout.
• If you row offline, take screenshots of each 5K you complete and save them.
• Send your offline 5K monitor pics to info@foolsfestsprints.com after completing all 100,000m.
• If you repeat The Muted Mutant Ninja workout posted here, it will appear in our results, and you won't have to email any pics.
• Whether you do it online or offline, be safe and take pictures of your screens to record your combined meters in 10 days.

Our Mutant Ninja Rower decal is too awesome not to earn. We want people to succeed, so go for it! Muted Muant Ninja Rower 100K Results will also be posted on the Fools Fest Sprints website Hall of Fame.

COMPETING ON AN OLDER MODEL ERG? You can still compete if your erg doesn't have a PM5 monitor. You won't be able to connect to live racing on ErgZone, but once you manually submit your score on the ErgZone app, it will count in our official results and rankings.

• SGGM = Super Great Grand Master > 70
• GGM = Great Grand Master > 60
• GM = Grand Master – 50-60
• M = Master – 27-49
• O = Open – 20-26
• JR = Junior – 0-19

• Lightweight Women: <= 135lbs (61.5kg)
• Heavyweight Women: > 135 lbs (61.6kg)
• Lightweight Men <= 165lbs (75kg)
• Heavyweight Men > 165lbs (75kg)
